Strangely, we create Super CVs. Each CV is unique. We do not use a formula or template as we believe a CV should be a reflection of you and 'you' are all different. We create those CVs for:

Who creates the CVs? The CVs are worked on by two people:
Andrew Vincent is a Senior Manager, with a postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and a special interest in psychology & behaviour with respect to influencing. Andrew has recruited staff for whole organisations at all levels and has a long standing career in strategic marketing (that's what job hunting should be viewed as!).
Sara Watkin has recruited 1000s of staff in her role as Head of Service within the healthcare field. Consequently, she is an expert at getting a feel for a person based on their CV and thus creating those feelings in the minds of recruiters.
It means that you get a CV with the benefit of two views in its creation, harnessing both sides of the recruitment process and marketing you to best effect.
Creation Process Once you've decided to utilise our service, the process is straight forward. Initially we collect our information by form, which can be completed in sections - you don't have to do this all at once.
- Place an order
- We email you the stages we'll go through
- From the email, click the links for each form section & complete
- When we have all the sections, we will contact you with any queries
- Once queries have been answered we get creating!
The total turnaround time is as little as 24 hours but can be longer depending on our workload, volume of information provided, complexity of the jobs being applied for, your seniority etc.
